I believe mental health therapy can support you in finding and utilizing the strength within yourself and your family to help build stronger and healthier relationships and provide more quality time with the one you love. I facilitate a warm and accepting environment where you will be heard, supported, and encouraged to grow. My goal is to help you discover and strengthen your coping skills and implement them to conquer the challenges you may face. We will work together to achieve your goal of healing and emotional health. I am passionate about working with adolescents aged ten plus adults, utilizing a trauma-informed approach, and evaluating dynamics within the family.
